Redmi Go Xiaomi has announced a new smartphone, Redmi Go, under its sub-brand Redmi.


Chinese tech company Xiomi’s sub-brand Redmi has finally revealed its new Redmi Go smartphone in India. It is expected that these smartphones will be based on Google’s Android Go platform. However, there is no official confirmation on this towards the company. At present, the company has not made some information about this smartphone public. According to the company, this phone has a 5-inch HD screen and a quad-core Qualcomm snapdragon processor. Although the information of the series has not been given by the company. But there was information from a leak report that Qualcomm’s entry level snapdragon 425 processor will be given in it. At present, the company has not provided any information about the launch date or price of Redmi Go smartphone.

Specifications of Redmi Go

According to a tweet from Xiomi, Redmi Go has 5-inch HD screen and it has been given Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon processor. The battery of this smartphone is 3,000mAh. Apart from this, the company has offered 8 megapixel camera with LED flash in its rear. On the front there is a 5 megapixel camera for selfie.

At the moment, the operating system information is not clear, but it is expected that the Android 8.1 ORIO (Go Edition) will be present in it. In this case, it will be the company’s first Android Go phone. Earlier, Shamoi had introduced an Android One platform based on the phone. At the moment, the company has not shared much information from it. However, the picture shared by Shawmi is making it clear that this smartphone will be available in Black and Blue color options.

Xiomi has not yet given the information about which markets this smartphone will be launched. Also, no information has been made public regarding its price. According to the German website WinFuture’s report, the 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory will be given in Redmi Go. Where MicroSD will also be supported. Apart from this, this phone also has dual-SIM support. The price of this smartphone was also reported in the report. Which was EUR 80 (about 6,500 rupees in India).
